We ship using Australia Post services

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment being received. We are a small business and pride ourselves in making to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for deliveries once you have received your tracking numbers. Peak times will delay postage up to 10 business day. If you require your order urgently please contact us to arrange for express postal services.

While we endeavor to deliver your order on time, there are some circumstances which may delay your delivery and that are out of our control. Please contact the postal service provided with your tracking number to further  investigate any delays that may occur. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

Ever After Melts is located in Nsw, pick up and local delivery is alsoavailable for a small fee.

Ever After Melts. takes every effort to ensure the quality of all of our product and to ensure every measure is taken to pack your order securely and safely for transit to you, however we rely on third party services and their employees to deliver them. In the unlikely event that something has arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hour of receiving your order. If the item/s are assessed as being faulty or broken due to our negligence, we will issue a store credit for that amount of the faulty or damaged item/s. If, in the unlikely event that something has been damaged or broken due to the postal services negligence, please contact the respective courier services for claims.
